Heavy and Large Products
Orders over 20kg in weight will incur a Heavy and Large Delivery charge. Our delivery partners apply higher charges for parcels exceeding 15kg, which is reflected in our shipping fees. Products likely to be subject to this higher rate include: bulk paper orders, multiple water bottles, furniture, or large quantities of cleaning supplies.
The heavy or large delivery charge will be highlighted in your basket and applied at £8.95.
