Pricing :

  1. Payment can be made securely using a credit or debit card online.
  2. Credit accounts are available to business users.
  3. All credit account applications are checked using the Credit Protection Association and will only be available if authorized.
  4. All credit accounts are issued with terms of 30 days net.
  5. Payment for credit accounts can be made using BACS (preferable) or company cheques.
  6. Any affiliate premiums will be calculated on eligible SKUs only.

  2. If a product is out of stock and we are unable to obtain a delivery date we will advise you and offer you a suitable alternative whenever possible.
  3. If a product is out of stock and we are able to establish a delivery date we will notify you by telephone or email to confirm the due date.
  4. If the goods you order are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the liability remains with that specific manufacturer.

Aged Restricted Products

Certain products that we sell such as craft knives and blades can only be sold to those over 18 years of age. Our couriers will ask for age verification ID such as a passport or driving license on delivery of your order. If this can not be provided the courier will not be able to deliver the whole of your order and it will be returned to our warehouses and your order canceled.


  1. Your order may also arrive via multiple couriers on the same day. You should have been notified of this by email beforehand, however, if you have only received part of your order and are unsure, please feel free to contact us for confirmation.
  2. All of our deliveries are made via couriers who require a signature to complete delivery however some may accept a written note on the door to leave in a safe place or with a neighbor- please note if this is the case we cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
  3. All of our deliveries are a doorstep delivery service. Please get in touch with us to find out more information regarding this.
  4. Should you wish your order to be delivered on a specific day, please notify us before placing your order.
  5. For eligible orders over £20 our standard delivery is free. For areas classified as highlands and islands, our Delivery prices stats at a minimum of £6.99 ex-vat.
  6. Furniture items are only delivered to the door/curbside. Drivers are not able to take items inside the building or place them in specific rooms.

Delivery Services:

    1. Standard Delivery Our standard delivery is normally a 2-4 working day delivery service, however, this is subject to the occasional delay during peak time or when there is an issue with a delivery network. We typically use DPD, Fed-EX, and UPS however we will use other delivery networks where applicable. This service is only available in England and Wales.
    2. Express Delivery 1-2 day delivery is subject to availability, delivery location, and force majeure. Express delivery orders that are received by 5 pm on a working day will be dispatched that day to our relevant fulfillment/delivery partner. This service is only available in England and Wales.
    3. Extended Delivery Normally 1-5 working days depending on location. This delivery service is required for Highlands and Islands, a collection of postcodes defined by couriers, these include, but are not limited by the following:

Should the delivery address you have requested be subject to an export charge we are unable to deliver to these addresses.

Shortages and Returns

  1. If any item that you have ordered does not arrive however it does show on your delivery documents this is known as a shortage. All shortages must be notified to Office Point by email within 3 working days. Please ensure that you know the product code, delivery note number, and quantity ordered (or missing) to enable us to process the shortage.
  2. If you wish to return a product because it is damaged on arrival please notify Office Point by email within 3 working days. Again please ensure that you know the product code and delivery note number to enable us to process the return.
